By accessing or using QR4Tech (qr4tech.com), a service provided by CHONTECHHUB CO., LTD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

QR4Tech provides the following services:
- URL Shortening — Create shortened links that redirect to original URLs
- QR Code Generation — Create QR Codes for URLs, text, email, phone, SMS, WiFi, contact cards, and locations
- QR Code Customization — Customize QR Code colors, styles, and logos
- Bio Link — Create a personal link-in-bio page with custom design and multiple links
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use QR4Tech only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content and URLs you submit to the Service.
⚠️ Important: You are fully responsible for the destination URLs you shorten and the content encoded in QR Codes you generate. QR4Tech is not liable for the content behind shortened links or QR Codes.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use QR4Tech to create links or QR Codes that:
- Phishing & Fraud — Redirect to fake websites designed to steal personal information, passwords, or financial data
- Malware & Viruses — Distribute or link to malicious software, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code
- Illegal Content — Link to content that violates any applicable law, including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or child exploitation material
- Spam & Abuse — Generate links in bulk for unsolicited communications, spam campaigns, or to manipulate search engine rankings
- Scams — Promote fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, fake investment opportunities, or lottery scams
- Hate Speech & Violence — Promote hatred, discrimination, violence, or terrorism against any individual or group
- Copyright Infringement — Link to pirated content, unauthorized reproductions, or any material that infringes intellectual property rights
- Impersonation — Create links that impersonate or misrepresent affiliation with any person, company, or organization
- Gambling — Promote illegal gambling activities or unlicensed gambling platforms
5. Enforcement & Link Removal
QR4Tech reserves the right to, without prior notice:
- Disable or delete any shortened URL or QR Code that violates these Terms
- Block IP addresses or users who repeatedly violate these Terms
- Report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with legal investigations by providing relevant logs and data when required by law
We may use automated tools and third-party services (such as Google Safe Browsing) to scan and detect malicious or prohibited URLs.
6. Data Collection & Logging
When you create a shortened URL, we may collect and store:
- The original (destination) URL
- The shortened URL identifier
- Timestamp of creation
- IP address of the creator
- Basic browser/device information (User-Agent)

7. Service Availability & Limitations
- QR4Tech is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.
- We reserve the right to implement usage limits (e.g., rate limiting) to ensure fair use.
- Shortened URLs are not guaranteed to remain active permanently. Links may be removed for any reason.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from link removal or service downtime.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The QR4Tech name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of CHONTECHHUB CO., LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
QR Codes and shortened URLs you create are your responsibility. We claim no ownership over the destination content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CHONTECHHUB CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of QR4Tech.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or safety of destination URLs.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by third parties accessing your shortened links.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHONTECHHUB CO., LTD., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.
12. Report Abuse
If you encounter a QR4Tech link that violates these Terms or is being used for illegal purposes, please report it immediately:
We take abuse reports seriously and aim to review and take action within 24-48 hours.
